Emunah Day Spa Series Package Policies

1. Non-Refundable Purchases
    

   • All series packages are final sale and non-refundable. Please confirm your commitment to the package before completing your purchase.

2. Non-Transferable
    

   • Series packages are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person. They are designed to provide you with consistent, personalized care to achieve the best results.

3. No Expiration
    

   • Enjoy the flexibility of using your series package at your own pace—our packages do not expire. Whether you spread out your treatments or use them in a short period, the choice is yours.

4. Loyalty Reward for Consistent Use
    

   • Complete your series within the first 6 months (3 months for spray tans) and receive a full-sized product of your choice as a thank-you for being a loyal, consistent customer. The product will be carefully selected to complement your treatments and enhance your results.

5. Appointment Scheduling
    

   • All appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slots.

6. Cancellation Policy
    

   • Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments in a series package.

   • If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, one session will be deducted from your package.

   • After the third occurrence of a late cancellation or no-show, a $25 charge will be applied to your account in addition to the session deduction.
