Membership Agreement

Welcome to our Membership Program. We are honored to be part of your self-care journey and look forward to providing you with consistent, luxurious treatments. Please review the following terms to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

 

Commitment

• Membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment.

• After the initial 6 months, memberships automatically continue on a month-to-month basis.

 

Appointment Guidelines

• Facials: Limited to once per month.

• Laser treatments: For health and safety, each individual area may only be treated once per month. Multiple different areas may be treated during the same visit, as long as each area is only treated once within the month.

• Massages & body treatments: Limited to once per week (for your health and wellness).

• No rollover: Treatments must be used within the same calendar month. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward.

• Rescheduling: If you cancel, you must reschedule within the same month.​

  • Waxing can be done on multiple areas once per week max

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require notice for all cancellations.

• $25 fee will be applied for no-shows or cancellations made without proper notice.

• If you cancel and reschedule, the appointment must remain within the same month.

• All membership cancellations must be done in person to ensure proper processing.

 

Financial Terms

• Add-ons, upgrades, or services outside of the membership are the responsibility of the client and must be paid at checkout.

• Membership payments are billed automatically each month on the agreed billing date.

• Declined or late payments must be resolved immediately to continue membership benefits.

 

Perks

• Members receive exclusive perks every 3 months of active membership. These are our way of saying thank you for your loyalty.

 

Membership Rules

• No sharing: Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.

• Health & safety: Treatment limits are set to support your health and provide the best results.

• Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other clients’ appointments, and full payment will still apply.

• Promotions: Membership discounts and benefits may not be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

 

Month-to-Month Cancellation Policy (after 6 months)

• After completing your 6-month commitment, your membership transitions to month-to-month.

• To cancel, you must come in in person and provide notice before your next billing date.

• Mid-month cancellations will not be refunded. Membership benefits remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

• If you choose to rejoin after cancellation, current membership rates and policies will apply.
