Spa Day Package Agreement

Welcome to Emunah Day Spa. Our Spa Day Packages are thoughtfully curated wellness experiences designed to help you relax, recharge, and restore. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Booking & Payment Policy

• All Spa Day Packages must be reserved with a valid card on file.
• Full payment is due the day of your scheduled treatment.
• Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
• Add-ons and upgrades are available and charged separately unless included in your selected package.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not be charged.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the Spa Day Package value.
• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the reserved package.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to respect other scheduled guests.

Spa Day Package Guidelines

• Spa Day Packages are designed as curated experiences and services may not be separated or split between multiple visits.
• Certain treatments may not be recommended for guests who are pregnant, have medical conditions, recent surgeries, or skin sensitivities. Please inform us of any health concerns before your appointment.
• Treatment times may vary slightly depending on consultation and customization needs.
• Guests must arrive on time to receive the full experience.

Gift Cards & Transfers

• Spa Day Packages may be purchased as gifts unless otherwise stated.
• Gift cards and prepaid Spa Day Packages are non-refundable.
• Appointments may not be transferred to another guest without prior approval from management.

Wellness & Courtesy Policy

• We strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests.
• Please silence phones upon arrival.
• Emunah Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service when necessary for safety, wellness, or inappropriate behavior.

By booking a Spa Day Package with Emunah Day Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above.
